Bean Town's Business Model

Bean Town is a play environment that is set up and welcomes children 6 months to 6 years of age.  The main focus for Bean Town is the younger children. We designed a place where the younger children can play safe and free of being pushed down form older children. We allow children up to 6 years of age however, Bean Town is not designed  for older children to run wild without supervision and will not be permitted.

Bean Town supports parents in teaching respect of others and their belongings. Sharing and taking care of toys is contagious and will help the children grow with their social skills. Teaching children the art of cleaning after themselves  is a timeless lesson that is practiced here at Bean Town.

At Bean Town we strive for all children to have the same experience as all other children before them. To accomplish this, we reset all activities as soon as the children put toys down and move to another activities . Reseting activities ensures that all other children have the same experience as the child before them.

Bean Town was designed as a place that parents have to be parents, interacting with their children helping grow their imagination. Bean Town is not like other playgrounds where parents can disconnect from the role of parenting and let their children play without supervision or direction. If this occurs we will remind you that Bean Town is for interacting with your child.

Bean Town supports parents of Special Needs children and we are proudly a Special Needs Friendly place of play.

We are a NUT Free Facility and do not allow nuts of any kind in the building.

****Bean Town carries the full line of Melissa and Doug toys. We have a wide variety of Melissa  and Doug toys on the floor to play with before you purchase one to take home.

Everyone including adults need to wear socks when playing here at Bean Town. No Shoes or Bare Feet Permitted.
